Anna Jones received her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where she played D1 Softball. Mrs. Jones also completed her M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California. She went on to become a published author who co-wrote the daily devotional: What We're Afraid To Ask. In this project, Anna was honored to use her education, clinical skills, and foundation of faith to help those who've been abused increase in awareness and heal from the emotional, psychological, and spiritual impact of abuse.

Clinically, Anna has worked with adolescents, their families, couples, and adults who've suffered from a variety of mental health, interpersonal, and relational concerns. She specializes in eating disorders, addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, and how these issues impact one's attachment, patterns,
self-esteem, self-worth, relationships, personal and interpersonal development.

Anna desires to write more in the field so she can encourage and help others. Anna's belief system is a fundamental part of who she is and so is supporting others in identifying and living-out their intrinsic value and purpose. She loves others, enjoys God's creation (plants, the beach, animals), music, movies, sports, and using her talents creatively and entrepreneurially.
